Trucking & Transportation Company Agrees to Terms of $7.25 Million Settlement to Resolve Wage and Hour Claim

On April 28, 2022 defendant Swift Transportation Co. of Arizona LLC agreed to the terms of a $7.25 million settlement to resolve the claims of a class action wage and hour case.
