  • Poole Shaffery seeks a full-time paralegal in its Santa Clarita office/hybrid remote. This position will be tasked with both litigation and transactional files. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience handling civil litigation files including experience with service and electronic court filings. Additionally, experience with corporate formation, filings with the California Secretary of State, and Los Angeles County Recorder is desirable.

  • Primary responsibilities include subpoenaing and summarizing medical and employment records; assisting in drafting and responding to written discovery; organizing depositions and court appearances; assisting in preparation of trial documents and witness binders. Additional responsibilities include case calendaring and drafting basic correspondence and pleadings. Experience with Juris and Forms Workflow and Spanish speaking a plus.
