Navy Federal Credit Union Settles Wage and Hour Class Action for $2.75 Million

On June 2, 2022 Navy Federal Credit Union agreed to the terms of a $2.75 million settlement to resolve a class-action lawsuit filed by lead plaintiff Daniel Ybanez regarding wage and hour claims.
