More Guidance on COVID Vaccines in the Workplace

Various government entities have been working overtime in the last six weeks to develop further guidance for business owners on all things COVID-19-related. PPP Loans and Business Transfers

Most Payroll Protection Program (“PPP”) loans required the consent of the PPP lender and/or the Small Business Administration (“SBA”) for any significant change in ownership of the borrower that takes place prior to the repayment or forgiveness of the PPP loan.

Featured Verdict : Employment Law

On February 11, 2021 the court entered a bench verdict in the amount of $189,519 in favor of plaintiffs in a wage and hour matter. Plaintiffs, a general manager and housekeeper alleged that they were improperly required to remain on the premises of Edgewater Beach Inn & suites, most hours of the night and day.
