Preet Dhillon
Bio
Ms. Dhillon is an Associate Attorney in the Litigation Department at Poole Shaffery. Her practice includes business and commercial litigation, premises liability, product liability, trucking and transportation litigation, cybersecurity, data breach and internet privacy.
In 2017, Ms. Dhillon received her undergraduate degree from the University of Calgary, where she majored in Political Science.
In 2020, she received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. During law school, she served in both the Nonprofit Business Law Clinic and the Small Claims Clinic.
In 2024, Ms. Dhillon received her Master of Laws in Privacy Law and Cybersecurity from the University of Southern California and earned a Graduate Certificate in Business Law.
Ms. Dhillon was admitted to the California Bar in 2021. She is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
Prior to joining Poole Shaffery, Ms. Dhillon represented indigent clients as court-appointed counsel, advocating for the constitutional rights of individuals in juvenile dependency and criminal proceedings.
