Cole Pitner
Bio
Cole Pitner is an Associate Attorney in the litigation department at Poole Shaffery. Mr. Pitner’s practice includes business and commercial litigation, premises liability, product liability, cyber security and data breaches, and trucking and transportation matters.
In 2021, Mr. Pitner graduated from University of California, Davis with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Economics.
In 2024, Mr. Pitner graduated from Penn State Dickinson Law School. During law school, he focused on data privacy and cybersecurity studies and participated in a cybersecurity practical exercise with the U.S. Army War College.
Mr. Pitner was admitted to the California Bar in 2025. He is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association Privacy and Cybersecurity Section.
