Rosario Estrada, et al. v. Clover Stornetta Farms Inc., et al. On June 4, 2021, Clover Stornetta Farms Inc. agreed to the terms of a $1.7 million settlement to resolve a matter where an 89-year-old bicyclist was struck and killed by a Clover employee driving a tractor-trailer. Plaintiffs contended that defendant Clover Stornetta Farms was vicariously liable for driver Mike Aradoum, who acted negligently while operating a tractor trailer that stuck decedent Valerio Estrada near an on-ramp for the 101 freeway in Petaluma. Defendants denied all contentions and did not admit to any liability in the negotiated settlement. Plaintiffs were represented by Wilshire Law Firm PLC.
