Costco Wholesale Agrees to $8.25 Million Settlement to Resolve Class Action Wage And Hour Case

On May 3, 2022 defendant Costco Wholesale agreed to the terms of an $8.25 million settlement to resolve the claims brought forth by Costco closing-shift warehouse employees alleging wage and hour violations.
