City and County of San Francisco Agree to $7.5 Million Settlement To Auto Accident Case Caused by Public Works Employee

On Mar 7, 2023 the City and County of San Francisco agreed to the terms of a $7.5 million settlement to resolve the claim filed by Merrill Beth Ferguson, a pedestrian who suffered significant bodily injury when she was struck a truck driven by a Public Works employee.
