Two Delivery Companies Agree to $15.5 Million Settlement to Resolve Misclassification Class Action Lawsuit

On November 15, 2022 defendants Tforce Logistics, LLC and Tforce Logistics LLC agreed to the terms of a $15.5 million misclassification class action matter brought by lead plaintiff Santiago Lim, who worked as a delivery driver between 2010 and 2016.
