Jason R. Beaman

Jason R. Beaman is a Partner at Poole Shaffery, where his practice focuses on business and corporate law, estate planning, trust administration, and trademark law. He has extensive experience in corporate formation and governance, complex business and real estate transactions, and business succession planning. Mr. Beaman is dedicated to helping clients navigate the legal and strategic challenges that arise throughout the life cycle of a business, from startup through transition.

Mr. Beaman earned his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School in 2011, graduating at the top of his class and receiving the Dean’s Merit Scholarship for academic excellence. He was admitted to the California Bar that same year and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Mr. Beaman received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Irvine, in 2006, where he majored in Political Science and was named to the Dean’s Honor List for academic achievement.

He is an active in promoting the business community of the Santa Clarita Valley as a member of the Board of Directors of the Santa Clarita Valley Economic Development Corporation and as a member of the Santa Clarita Valley Bar Association.
