Skyrocketing costs of insurance, coupled with a climate of unrestricted jury verdicts, requires that all clients whose businesses fall within a product´s chain of distribution be alert to the exposures created by those products, and to be prepared to avoid or minimize potential exposures wherever possible.

Our representation encompasses all phases of client protection where liabilities arise as a result of the manufacturing or distribution of a product. Often we begin with an identification and assessment of the manufacturing risks at the product development or manufacturing stage.
