Randall J. Krause, Of Counsel to the firm, specializes in complex litigation matters, particularly in the environmental and employment law areas. Mr. Krause's litigation background includes extensive work in both state and federal courts. His environmental work has included defending "Fortune 500" and smaller firms in federal "superfund" actions, private-party cost recovery actions, Hazardous Waste (RCRA) actions, Underground Storage Tank cleanup and reimbursement actions, Animal Feeding Operations, complex Clean Water Act litigation, and FIFRA actions concerning allegedly defective pesticides. Mr. Krause is a 1987 graduate of the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. He graduated cum laude from Calvin College in 1983 with a Bachelor of Arts. He is the author of several articles on law related subjects and has lectured on both procedural and substantive areas of litigation. Mr. Krause is a member of the California Bar and the Michigan Bar and is admitted to practice before all of the California State Courts the Federal District Courts located in California and Michigan, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.  |
