Samuel R. W. Price

Mr. Price practices in the areas of civil litigation and bankruptcy.  His experience encompasses business, construction defect, landlord/tenant, and employment-related litigation, as well as estate planning, probate matters and business formation.  He has represented numerous bankruptcy debtors in proceedings under Chapters 7, 11 and 13, as well as creditors in large Chapter 11 cases. 

Mr. Price earned his Juris Doctor from the Boston College Law School in 2005.   He also earned his undergraduate degree at Boston College, where he studied in the College of Arts & Sciences Honors Program and received a bachelor’s of arts degree cum laude in Film Studies, an inter-disciplinary major he developed. 

Prior to practicing law, Mr. Price worked in sports television broadcasting both directly for major broadcast networks and for the world’s leading aerial photography provider.  He was also the marketing coordinator for an award-winning multimedia production company in Boston.  Mr. Price obtained extensive experience in the construction industry, having managed several residential remodeling projects as an assistant general contractor and apprentice carpenter. 

Mr. Price is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, as well as the United States District Court for the Central District of California.  He is a member of the American and Los Angeles County Bar Associations, as well as the Santa Clarita Valley Bar Association, for which he chairs the Special Events Committee.
