The Firm philosophy is to take a proactive approach when handling unionized and pre-union workforces, to minimize the impact upon management, facilitate a peaceful workplace and minimize hostilities between management and labor.

Additionally, the Firm assists management with initial collective bargaining meetings and agreements, contract negotiations, administration, dispute resolution and decertification petitions.

The Firm also advises management on the potential impact that union contracts have on general employment decisions, including wage and hour requirements, benefits administration, reductions-in-force (RIFs), mergers and acquisitions, relocations and plant closings.
